I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly hard-working and cheerful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I could tell that great care was taken to ensure everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the small pool which provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The location was stunning, with my balcony overlooking lush green rice fields and a peaceful river. It was the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The staff also deserve special mention for their helpfulness and knowledge about the area. They provided me with great recommendations for hiking trails and even invited me to share a delicious meal with them. the staff and facilities at this hotel made my experience truly memorable.
Nothing could have been better.

The views from the bungalows were stunning, overlooking the picturesque rice fields. the spacious and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing stay. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our trip.
The lack of a TV in the room was a disappointment. the buffet breakfast option would have been preferable for a wider range of food choices.

the views from the bungalows were breathtaking and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Their customer service was excellent and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. One staff member in particular spoke very good English, which made communication easy. the bed in the room was comfortable and the property was in the countryside, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. Despite being in the countryside, it was still close enough to the central area, and we could easily explore the surrounding areas with a scooter. There was also a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. I highly recommend checking out Sailing Sapa, as it offered even more stunning views and was just a short 6-minute ride away. I couldn't recommend this place enough and I had a wonderful experience. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 😊.

The room was immaculate and had a breathtaking view of the paddy fields. The food and service were exceptional, with a wide range of healthy options. The staff, especially Toa, were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, and the beds were comfortable. The lack of electronics in the room allowed us to appreciate the stunning nature surrounding us. Vu, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The location was close to a local village and offered picturesque views. The included breakfast was impressive, and the lunch and dinner options were served in a beautiful space with friendly staff. Toa was the highlight of our visit, accommodating our check-in and check-out needs and providing a helpful Google map for hiking. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

Wow! The views from this place are absolutely mind-blowing! We chose the room with Mountain Views and it was definitely worth it. The bungalow opens up to a jaw-dropping panorama and even has a balcony. The staff here are super accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with all our queries and requests. It's nice that this place is a bit away from the main town, as Sapa can get really busy. Toa and his younger brother, along with the rest of the team, really know the trade of hospitality. They arranged motorbikes, hiking excursions, and gave great advice on trails and sites to visit. The included breakfast and other meals were prepared with love and the food was always delicious. We even had an amazing experience during a power outage, with the staff going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. this tranquil property with its beautiful views is highly recommended for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of town.
